School Development Resources

School Transformation Cohort

Some challenges are better faced together. Our school cohorts bring Christian schools together to walk together, learn together, and improve together. Through focused learning, shared experiences, practical resources, and ongoing collaboration, schools gain not only valuable knowledge but also the encouragement and accountability that come from learning alongside others who are facing many of the same opportunities and challenges. Each cohort is designed to move beyond simply learning new ideas—to help schools apply those ideas, develop practical solutions, and make meaningful progress together.

School Cohorts

Donor Development Cohort

Your school may be facing challenges—but challenges don't have to define your school's future. The School Transformation Cohort is a six-month collaborative experience designed for Christian schools that want to move from identifying challenges to creating and implementing meaningful solutions. Schools will work through a structured process to examine the key issues impacting their effectiveness, identify root causes, develop practical solutions, and create a roadmap for long-term improvement and sustainability.

You won't walk through this process alone. Schools in the cohort will walk together, learn together, and improve together, sharing ideas, experiences, challenges, and successes along the way. With focused learning, practical tools, a School Transformation Workbook, ongoing collaboration, and accountability, your team will have a framework for turning insight into action. The goal isn't simply to identify what needs to change—it's to help your school develop the clarity, strategies, and momentum needed to become healthier, stronger, and more sustainable.

Healthy schools need more than a fundraising plan—they need a culture of generosity. The Donor Development Cohort is designed to help Christian schools build a sustainable, mission-centered approach to donor development. Over the course of the cohort, school leaders and development teams will learn practical strategies for annual giving, donor cultivation, major gifts, stewardship, fundraising campaigns, events, board engagement, and state and federal tax-credit opportunities. More importantly, participants will develop a donor development strategy that fits their school's mission, culture, community, and goals.

You won't have to build it alone. Schools in the cohort will walk together, learn together, and improve together—sharing ideas, challenges, successes, and practical solutions along the way. Through focused weekly learning, collaboration, coaching, and accountability, each school will develop a customized donor development plan and roadmap that can be put into action immediately. The goal isn't simply to raise more money; it is to build meaningful relationships, engage your community in the mission of your school, and create a sustainable culture of generosity that supports your school's long-term health and impact.
