What are Fractional Services?
Ongoing Expertise and Leadership Capacity
Sometimes a school doesn't need a consultant for a single project. It needs someone who can walk alongside the school on an ongoing basis. Fractional services provide schools with recurring access to experienced leadership, specialized expertise, implementation support, and accountability without necessarily requiring the school to hire a full-time employee. For some school's, these services add needed experience and expertise. For other schools, these services add capacity and help take some projects off of the plates of the school leaders. Fractional support can be structured around a defined number of hours, days, projects, or outcomes each month.

Accreditation is an ongoing process—not simply a visit or a report. Our Fractional Accreditation Services provide schools with dedicated support throughout the entire accreditation cycle, helping ensure that important requirements, reports, action items, and improvement initiatives remain on track. We can serve as a liaison with the accrediting body, draft required reports, track teacher certifications, coordinate accreditation action planning, support data collection, and monitor progress toward accreditation requirements. We also help connect accreditation to the school's broader mission and strategic priorities by tracking progress on both accreditation action items and the strategic plan. Rather than allowing accreditation responsibilities to become another burden on an already-stretched leadership team, we provide the ongoing coordination, organization, and accountability needed to keep the work moving throughout the year.
General Services
Sometimes a school doesn't need another position—it needs additional capacity. Our General Support Services are designed to provide flexible, experienced support to school leadership and administrative teams when and where it is needed most. Rather than being limited to one specific function, this service can be redirected throughout the year as your school's priorities and needs change. Support may include accreditation, donor development, program development, student scheduling, teacher coaching, and other high-level administrative or operational responsibilities. We become an extension of your team, taking important work off the plates of school leaders and providing additional capacity when internal resources are stretched. You determine where the greatest need exists, and we help provide the capacity and expertise to address it—giving your leadership team greater freedom to focus on leading the school and fulfilling its mission.
